Need Extra Help? You Still Have a Voice

Everyone deserves a chance to have their voice heard in shaping fair hiring practices. This page will guide you through completing the Fair Hiring Network survey and signing the UK Parliament petition, step by step.

Important: FHN does not collect petition responses — all submissions go directly to the official sites. Here's some help for you to navigate the process.

Access the Survey or Petition

  • Survey link: [Insert survey URL]
  • Petition link: [Insert petition URL]

Filling Out the Survey

  •  Read each question carefully.
  •  Answer honestly — your experiences help improve hiring fairness.
  • Mandatory fields must be completed before submission.
  • If you need more time, save your responses (if the survey allows) and return later.

Signing the Petition

  • Enter your full name, email, and postcode as required by the official petition site.
  • Confirm any verification emails if prompted
  • Click submit to add your support.

Remember: Signing the petition directly adds your voice to the official count — FHN does not handle signatures.

REMEMBER!

Your experiences matter. Every response helps build a fairer recruitment landscape and drives change. Don’t run away now — your voice is needed.

Need Extra Help? You Still Have a Voice

Online forms can be challenging for some people — whether you are visually impaired, neurodiverse, have limited experience with digital tools, or just find online forms difficult. Fair Hiring Network cannot complete submissions for you, but this does not mean you don’t have a voice. Quite the opposite — your experiences, opinions, and insights are exactly why Fair Hiring Network was set up.

Ask a trusted person for support

  • Family members, friends, or colleagues can guide you through the survey or petition.
  • They can help with navigation, reading questions aloud, or typing answers while you provide the responses.

Use accessibility tools

  • Screen readers or text-to-speech software can help you read content aloud.
  • Browser zoom or high-contrast settings improve readability.
  • Most devices have built-in accessibility features — explore these in your settings.

Break it into small steps

  • Complete the survey or petition in short sessions to reduce stress.
  • Save responses if the survey allows, and return later.

Community support

  •  Libraries, community centres, or local digital inclusion hubs often provide guidance for completing online forms.
  • Ask staff if they can help you navigate forms safely.

REMEMBER!

Your experiences matter. Every response helps build a fairer recruitment landscape and drives change. Don’t run away now — your voice is needed.

Equal opportunity shouldn’t depend on luck..
